Check your challans first: by CNIC or by vehicle number. For token tax payment: token tax guide.
After Payment
- System update: Payment reflects in the PSCA system within 1-24 hours. If you check immediately, the challan may still show as unpaid — wait at least 4 hours.
- Save your receipt: The transaction SMS or app confirmation serves as proof of payment. Keep it until the challan status updates to "Paid" in the system.
- Vehicle transfer clearance: If paying challans to clear a vehicle for transfer, verify the updated status on MTMIS or the PSCA portal before proceeding with the transfer at Excise.
Pay only your actual challans. Verify each challan's details (date, violation type, location) before paying. If a challan seems incorrect, dispute it at the PSCA office before payment — paying an incorrect challan makes it harder to reverse.
